  • Spectrum Gaming Capital Advises New Orleans Building Corporation on $103 Million Sale of Future Lease Payments

    Spectrum Gaming Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to the New Orleans Building Corporation on a $103 million sale of approximately nine years of future lease payments from Caesars New Orleans Casino; the buyer was TPG Angelo Gordon. Proceeds will increase the City of New Orleans’ emergency reserves ahead of hurricane season. Originally engaged to evaluate monetization options, SGC’s mandate expanded to structuring the transaction and marketing it to institutional investors on an exclusive basis.
