Dante DiGaetano joined Spectrum Gaming Capital as an Analyst in October 2024. Dante brings a solid foundation in investment banking, venture capital, and consulting to SGC. Dante participated in the Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program at The DAK Group, a mid-market investment banking firm focused on mergers and acquisitions. At the DAK Group, Dante gained experience working on financial modeling including leveraged buyouts, three statement models, precedent transaction analyses, net working capital schedules, public comps analyses, and general industry research.

Prior to that, Dante interned as a Venture Capital Analyst at a pre-IPO fund called CrossWork Midas, LLC. At CrossWork Dante analyzed late-stage pre-IPO companies including industry and competitor research, product evaluations, and public company comparisons. Dante participated in The Executive-In-Residence Consulting Program at St. Johns, where he worked on consulting advisory work supporting local NYC-based firms focused on financial services, ESG ratings, and nonprofits.  Dante is currently completing an MBA at St. John’s with a concentration in finance. He earned a B.S. in Finance in May 2024.
